#303 – TIME – Pink Floyd - 12/29/2019

What better time to reflect on the too rapid passing of time than at the close of the year? For the next few days I will share some songs I love about time and the passing thereof (therein?).

From one of the classic LPs of all-time, this particular version comes from a recording at Madison Square Garden, roughly a week before I saw them at the Hartford Civic Center. By that time Roger Waters had split away from the band, but it was a stellar show nonetheless.

I cannot help but be reminded of the first time I heard this LP. It was in my next door neighbor’s basement, replete with blacklighting and bean bag chairs, correct Al?
